pckl.bot is an unofficial third-party tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by CourtReserve, PlayByPoint, Lifetime Fitness, PodPlay, or any other reservation system or venue operator. All trademarks and service marks are the property of their respective owners.
pckl.bot automates interactions with reservation websites on your behalf. We make no guarantee that any reservation attempt will succeed. Reservation systems can change without notice, and bookings may fail for reasons outside our control.
Acceptable Use
By using pckl.bot you agree to:
- Use the service only with accounts and venues where you have a legitimate right to make reservations.
- Respect all rules, codes of conduct, and terms of service of the venues and reservation systems you interact with.
- Not use the service to abuse, flood, or disrupt any reservation system, venue, or other user.
- Take full responsibility for your own bookings, cancellations, fees, no-show penalties, and any consequences arising from your use of the service.
Credentials and Data
To automate reservations, pckl.bot stores the usernames and passwords you provide for third-party reservation systems. Passwords are encrypted at rest, but no security measure is perfect. You acknowledge the inherent risk of entrusting credentials to any automation tool and agree to use credentials that you are authorized to share.
You may delete your stored credentials or your account at any time. Account deletion removes your stored credentials and profile.
No Warranty
The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that it will successfully complete any particular reservation.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, pckl.bot and its operators are not liable for any missed reservations, declined charges, venue penalties, account suspensions, lost opportunities, or any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
Changes
These terms may be updated from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated version date shown below. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
